Eoin brings a strategic mindset and a people first approach, having led large scale talent initiatives, developed global people strategies, and partnered with senior executive teams to drive organisational performance and cultural transformation.
Eoin has a strong academic background, having completed the Chief HR Officer Program from the Wharton Business School, in the University of Pennsylvania & completed a Bachelor of Business Studies with Human Resources and Employment Law from the University of Limerick.
Areas of expertise include HR & Talent Strategy Development; Talent Acquisition; Facilitating, Coaching and Training; Leadership Development; Performance Enablement; Employee Relations and Investigations.
